This course will focus on the fundamentals of Dental Isolation Techniques (rubber dam isolation using casts), Basic and Advanced Endodontics (with practical application using natural extracted teeth), and Restorative Solutions and Coronal Sealing after endodontics treatment (like direct/indirect restorations; composite filling /post &core /endo-crown using casts /extracted teeth).

#Second day: 24 September
(Theoretical part) Advanced Endodontics program:
Lectures include the following topics:.
1-Diagnosis for advanced cases:
 when should we go for CBCT?! And how to read it?
 Extra anatomy! (Extra roots and extra canals) How to catch!
2- Dealing with obstacles during access cavity:
 How to do access cavity refinement?
 How to deal with pulp chamber calcifications and pulp stones?
 Extra canals (How to locate and shape safely?)
3- Root canal preparation in advanced cases:
 Better knowledge about the different types of rotary files available in the market.
 Different shaping approaches for different types of root canals
 Shaping of severely curved canals :
 Curvature analysis and case difficulty assessment
 How to shape severely curved canals safely from the orifice till the apex?!
 How to select the best file and the best shaping technique for every case from easy to complicated cases ?!
4- Dealing with Mishaps:
 Intracanal separated instruments:
What is the issue with separated instruments? Causes of file separation, how to avoid? And how to manage?
5- Ledges:
 Why it can happen ? How to avoid? And how to manage?
6- Root canal Retreatment:
 Causes of post treatment diseases.
 Diagnosis and assessment of retreatment cases.

(Practical part)

Cancellation Policy:
1- If the cancellation is from the organizer, the full amount will be refunded.
2- If the cancellation is made 4 weeks before the date of the course, the full payment will be refunded.

3- If the cancellation is made 3 weeks before the date of the course (More than/equal 21 days from the date of the course), 75% of the payment will be refunded.
4- If the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the date of the course (More than/equal 14 days from the date of the course), 50% of the payment will be refunded.
5- If the cancellation is made one week before the date of the course (More than/equal 7 days from the date of the course), 25% of the payment will be refunded.
6- No refund of the total payment of the course in case of cancellation is made within few days before the course (less than 7 days from the date of the course), but it is possible to send another doctor to attend the course instead of you.
